The modular nature of the machines allows customers to increase capacity by adding further units. The machines can be manufactured to wash, rinse and dry IBC`s both inside and out. Typically this type of machine is used by customer that want to process in between 100 and 200 IBC`s per day in a 8 hour shift.For quantites of over 200 IBC`s per 8 hour shift Rotajet recommend that additional lines are installed.

The machines require heating to achieve optimium cycle times, this can be done via. gas, oil, steam or electric heating.
Please note:
For more tenacious solis such as paints / inks etc… Rotajet recommend that a stand alone high pressure machine is used to clean the IBC`s.
